Stem cell culture
Pluripotent stem cell culture is easy on human recombinant Biolaminin 521 substrates. The Biolaminin 521 LN (LN521) stem cell matrix is a feeder-free, chemically defined and animal origin-free cell culture system that supports high cell survival and fast proliferation of hESC and iPSC.
The LN521 matrix is biologically relevant and allows low-density seeding of single cells without the need of ROCKi. The cells grow as a homogenous monolayer and remain pluripotent without spontaneous differentiation.
